A lovely stay, all rooms spacious and stunning views of the country side, would stay again. Only suggestion would be to fix the fly zapper as it is broken.

Very unclean, when we arrived bin lids still full of food, large wet stain on the carpet surrounded by flies which we had to endure for the entire time we were there. Kitchen cups/plates all had dirt on them in the cupboard and any movement of sofa/rugs showed bits underneath meaning they never get moved when cleaning. We actually spent the first 3 hours cleaning the whole house instead of relaxing in our holiday home. Only positive is the outside garden which is contained and well kept. For the money you pay I would definitely not recommend. Feels very old and dated.

Rather tired, with need of much needed update. An example they had a VHS tape player, not sure why. The keys to the doors were difficult to lock and open. The garden was unkept including the lawn which did not match the pictures on the website. The games room didnt appeal to the younger members of party, due to old and out of date games consoles. The bbq provided was a rust bucket. The internet was non existant and we had rely on getting a signal on our mobile data. The location is some distance away from the major lakes.
